ENERGIES 2050 is an international NGO committed to the fight against climate change and the promotion of a sustainable and inclusive development.
With our partners, we implement innovative and collaborative projects in more than 70 countries to transform environmental challenges into opportunities. Our actions are based on a deep understanding of climate and environmental issues that require nuanced responses as close as possible to the different realities in which we live.
Our approach to development is based on the belief that environmental challenges cannot be solved in isolation.
Systemic thinking requires a deep understanding of the interactions between the elements of a system, going beyond the individual parts to grasp the overall functioning. Similarly, our approach considers environmental issues in their entirety, exploring the complex links between social, economic, political and environmental aspects. This holistic approach allows us to see beyond superficial symptoms to identify deeper roots of problems.
Faced with the diversity of challenges, we demonstrate agility and innovation. Our solutions, which we call “little gems” are designed to adapt to the unique needs of each community while being easily transposable to other contexts.
Each difficulty overcome offers a bouquet of solutions as many social, environmental and economic innovations to create a better life together in solidarity. These “little gems” are powerful levers for the climate, ecological and citizen transition, transforming constraints into opportunities for concrete and positive actions.
