Issues and Decisions of the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Durban (COP 17)

This analytical article by Stéphane Pouffary, published in the January-February issue of the journal Afrique Environnement Plus, recalls the challenges and challenges posed by the issue of climate change and presents the expectations of the Conference held in Durban 28 November to 11 December 2011. Africa Environment Plus and ENERGIES 2050
