About ENERGIES 2050
ENERGIES 2050 has been an international network since 1999, and a non-profit, non-governmental organization since 2011. The association is mobilized in the fight against climate change, the implementation of a shared and sustainable development, and the establishment of a more human society, plural and united, bearer of peace and respectful of natural resources and common goods of humanity.
ENERGIES 2050 works strictly in the public interest, and since its creation has operated exclusively on the basis of projects, membership fees and donations. By choice, it receives no public or private operating subsidies. This situation guarantees total independence, of which we are very proud, even if it does have an impact on communication compared with other associations more focused on advocacy.
After several decades of activity with teams based mainly abroad within multi-stakeholder coalitions, we are looking to strengthen our recently renovated head office with a motivated, plural and committed team.
ENERGIES 2050 takes a systemic, multi-level and inclusive approach, supporting international institutions, national and local governments, multi-stakeholder coalitions and public and private non-state actors in the development and implementation of low-carbon development strategies, action programs and projects in the fields of mitigation, adaptation and resilience.
The association brings together members and partners of over 100 nationalities. Together, we implement innovative, demonstrative and replicable projects in over 70 countries.
Joining us means joining a talented and motivated team spread across several countries, and contributing with us to the fight against climate change for a just transition.
