Bonn Climate Change Conference 2016


ENERGIES 2050 participated on 24 May 2016 in the Francophone concertation on the state of negotiations, within the framework of the Bonn Climate Change Conference 2016 (Germany)


Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change met in an interim negotiating session in Bonn, Germany, from 16 to 26 May 2016.

This event is organized by the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), through its subsidiary body, the Institute of La Francophonie for Sustainable Development (IFDD), in partnership with Switzerland, and under the Co-Presidency of Senegal (President of the Francophonie Summit) and Madagascar (Future President of the Francophonie Summit).


On the sidelines of the conference, the following issues were discussed: – Issues on the agenda of the Bonn meetings (SBTTA44, SBI44 and APA1) .- Mobilization of climate finance, North-South cooperation and Implementation of the Paris Agreement – The state of preparation for CoP22 and the challenges ENERGIES 2050 will focus on: The transformation of CPDN into CDN, a challenge to reach the target.
